(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy services to the government authority located in Manassas, VA.– Clinical programs and structures:– Providing on–site and off–site pharmacy consulting services to Life plan communities.– Explain your approach to providing support across the continuum of care and throughout the life cycle of a contract.– Describe any specialty or patient programs your organization currently provides (i.e. overall med reduction initiatives, therapeutic interchange, etc.).– Explain and provide examples of your CQI/QA processes both in your pharmacy as well as in the communities where you provide services.– Identify your pharmacy compliance mechanisms. Explain your resolution process for assistance with pharmacy–related issues and/or concerns.– Explain details on the specific service issues such as routine and stat delivery, contingency medication boxes, stocking nursing carts, and narcotics policy.– Customer relations and outcomes:– Detail communication flow and response expectations for (Facility name here) communities and calls to the pharmacy staff.– Provide Consultant Pharmacy services?
