Road Pavement and Concrete Repairs

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide Road Pavement and Concrete Repairs on an "as needed" basis. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and material(s) to patch utility pavement cuts made by the City of Newport News and to remove and replace concrete pavements that have been cut or disturbed by the City.
