(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in San Buenaventura, CA.      – Construction management, including inspection, of active transportation, transportation infrastructure, railroad corridor, and public works construction projects.– The consultant shall provide a full–time resident engineer and full–time lead inspector during active construction operations.– Construction engineer will retain overall project oversight and approval authority for contract changes, payment recommendations, contract modifications, claims resolution, and other decisions requiring authorization.– Provide office engineer support, additional inspectors, and specialty support staff as necessary to adequately cover concurrent construction operations, railroad work, structures, drainage, signals, and other specialized work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
