HEALTH-11016 - USA (New York) - Physical Therapy Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapy services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide physical therapy to school–aged disabled students in a variety of school settings during school hours throughout the district.– The physical therapist may be required to evaluate students for physical therapy during school hours throughout the district.– The physical therapist may also be required to attend and assist the district in any impartial hearing, mediation, or resolution session.– The physical therapist must obtain the prescription for the provision of services from the parent or person in parental relation.– The physical therapist is prohibited from engaging in any activity that can be construed as a conflict of interest and which may adversely impact the School District.– The physical therapist may not share confidential information with representatives of the public and non–public school or the student’s person in parental relation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
