(1) Vendor needs to provide history consultant services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Seeks a seasoned professional tour developer, program planner with a background in history and historical preservation and environmental education.– Research pumping station archives, map safe walking routes, and draft master tour scripts.– Produce physical guide materials, write training manuals, and configure self–guided tech.– Run history lessons, practice group control, and conduct live route dry–runs.– Open tours to the general public, monitor guide performance, and build out public program materials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
