(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing service for Elections Systems Support and Project Coordination to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.   – IT duties, staffing resources must remain flexible to support other operational needs such as mail ballot processing, signature verification support, and tabulation workflows, on an as–needed basis.– These resources will primarily support critical IT infrastructure, including hardware deployment, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity; essential to conduct the election.– Provide on–site support for connectivity, hardware failure, and application errors related to electronic poll books.– Provide temporary, high–skill, staffing resources.      – IT support technician.– Project coordinator.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 05, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on July 29, 2026.
