(1) Vendor needs to provide professional environmental and design services to the government authority located in Downey, CA. – Provide design services for the proposed traffic signal upgrades project. • Project management• Field analysis/planning/conceptual design • Conduct environmental studies and prepare environmental document• Prepare 60% design plans• 100% design plans, technical specifications and cost estimate• Final (100%) PS&E and bid document• Prepare right–of–way certification• Prepare authorization–to–proceed (e–76) with construction package• Preparation of traffic signal timing sheets• Construction support services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
