(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Portola, CA. – Provide janitorial services two days per week at the agency.• Floors and general cleaning:– Vacuum carpeted areas – Dust mop, damp mop and buff– Spot clean carpet– Steam clean carpets– Pick up and empty all waste baskets– Venetian blinds – dust– Walls – spot–clean/dust• Employee room: Clean sink and counter• Restrooms: Floors and general cleaning– Sweep and mop floors– Restock essentials– Clean mirrors– Clean toilet bowls/urinals– Clean sink• Clean ventilator grills and ducts (ceiling).• Sweep sidewalk along entrance and breezeway.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid walk–through will be held on September 18, 2026.
