Description
The improvements will consist of Class B Concrete Patching for 7-inch thick existing pavement and various curb ramps. All new pavement will be 8" thick and side walk will be 6" thick. Traffic Control required to keep properties accessible to local traffic. Class B Patching will be on Kerr Ave from Highland Dr to Carroll Ave and Curb Ramp improvements will be at the intersections of Geraldine Ave & Kerr Ave, Sycamore St & Park St, and Cottage Grove Ave & Park St. This project will also consist of a 15' stretch of Sidewalk improvement on Kerr Ave and 65' of Brick Sidewalk improvements on Sycamore St.
