(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study service to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL.– The city's pay plan and salary structures, a market compensation analysis using comparable public–sector employers, and a comprehensive evaluation of job classifications and job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect current duties, responsibilities, and organizational needs. – Provide system recommendations for ongoing market pay data review, following the study.– Provide market pay data with an emphasis on public sector comparators.– Correct staff specialist and staff specialist SR and executive assistant and executive assistant SR pay grade.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
