Reroof Park Office Promised Land State Park Greentown Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania Work included under this contract consists of demolition the complete roofing system and installation of new roofing system, including but not limited to remove and reinstall the heat trace cable, remove and replace damaged plywood sheathing, remove and replace skylights, replace starter strip, ridge cap, ridge vent, underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing, pipe boots, repair aluminum soffit, remove and reinstall wood siding and wood fascia.
