CONS-24663 - USA (Mesa, Colorado) - Wastewater Treatment and Collections Engineering Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater treatment and collections engineering services to the government authority located in Mesa, CO.• Provide comprehensive engineering services on an as needed basis forour wastewater treatment facility and collections system.• The engineering services may include, but are not limited to, the following:1. Civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, chemical, instrumentation andcontrols, agency, odor control, energy efficiency auditing or other related engineeringservices related to the facilities2. Engineering assistance related to regulatory compliance and permitting3. Data collection4. Preliminary planning and design reports including alternative studies, master plans,etc.5. Design services including preparation of contract documents for bidding purposesincluding final plans, specifications, engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost,and constructability review6. Bid phase services including attending any pre–bid meetings, answering technicalquestions from contractors, and assistance with issuing addenda7. Construction support services, including review and approval of shop drawings,responding to requests for information, attending periodic progress meetings,producing record drawings, and field consultation and inspection as necessary8. Owner’s Advisor services for documents designed by other firms to assure adherenceto accepted engineering practices and standards9. Securing federal and/or state funding for projects10. Treatment process control and treatment process/hydraulic modeling11. Pilot studies12. Preparing plans for decommissioning or demolition of processes and equipment13. Vetting/Recommending instrumentation for monitoring of treatment processes14. Condition assessment of existing facilities15. Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Sustainability Evaluations(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.
