The Ministry of Energy intends to initially select Applicants for Design Verification, Update and Construction of Mandalgobi - Arvaikheer 220kV Double-Circuit Transmission Line (287 km), in Three Lots. CONTRACT DESCRIPTION CONTRACT PERIOD Design Verification, Update and Construction of Mandalgobi - Arvaikheer 220kV Double-Circuit Transmission Line (287 km), in Three Lots Lot 1: Tower No.1 to Tower No. 288 Lot 2: Tower No. 289 to Tower No. 580 Lot 3: Tower No. 581 to Tower No. 868 Time for Completion: 24 months (Design Verification, Update and Construction) for each lot (Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3) Defect notification period: 36 months Applicants are expected to have the following minimum requirements: A. It is expected that the Request for Proposals will be issued in January 2027 . Initial Selection will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Applicants as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
