(1) Vendor needs to provide design builder services to the government authority located in Berlin, MD.– Design–builder services for the design, permitting, and construction.– Manage Design–Builder team and ensure quality control of all deliverables. – The Design–Builder shall be responsible for utility coordination, traffic control, and site restoration associated with test pit activities. – Review shop drawings, product data, and samples for conformance with the design intent, including pipe, fittings, valves, thrust restraint, and bedding/backfill material and submit to County for review and approval. (2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
