Vendor needs to provide cancer and disease screening services to the government authority located in Redwood City, CA. – To perform cancer and disease screening services using a 1.5 T MRI machine.– The City intends to offer cancer and disease screening through whole body MRI scans as an extension of its commitment to occupational health, preventive care, and firefighter wellness.– Participation in this screening will be voluntary.– The screening is intended to supplement and not replace routine medical care or evaluation by a participant’s healthcare provider.• A comprehensive whole–body cancer and disease screening on a 1.5 T MRI Machine • A detailed radiology report(s) that is easily understood by the patient • Copies of radiology images as requested by the individual at no cost • Easy access to health information via mobile app or web portal provided by the vendor • One on One consultation with each patient to discuss the output or any Q&A of the scan at no cost • Prioritized and personalized scheduling by the vendor’s business team • Appointment availability within 2 weeks upon initial contact • Specific days blocked off to scan a large group of Fire Department personnel within one day • The vendor shall provide a designated point of contact at their business for City personnel to reach out to for any help, including bookings, invoicing, and any additional tasks • Messaging and marketing materials for internal communications
