(1) Vendor needs to provide family support and abuse prevention services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide family support and abuse prevention services for children with developmental disabilities. – Provide services to approximately 300 children/youths with developmental disabilities, annually.– This community–based program will serve developmentally disabled children and their families who reside within agency and who are at risk of or have been abused or neglected to prevent revictimization.• The major program components are:– Case management and community outreach.– Parent education/support groups.– In–Home individual counseling and support to children/youth.– Education to RCs and community agencies on understanding the nexus between developmental disability and child abuse and neglect.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
