Vendor needs to provide consulting services for online master scheduling. – Produce master schedules for our campuses to use in the coming school year.• Interview campus leaders and the Student Information Managers who enter schedules into PowerSchool, to understand each campus's priorities, constraints, and current practices.• Review the relevant grade band structure, course and subject requirements, staffing, and facility constraints needed to build an accurate schedule, including the specific requirements of the online K through 8 and online high school programs, where scheduling models differ from our in–person campuses.• Build a complete master schedule for each band of grades: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, and High School, including the bell and period structure, course or subject blocks, teacher assignments, student group or cohort assignments, and room or virtual section assignments appropriate to that division.• Account for required instructional time, with particular attention to campuses with special programs.• For the High School and online high school academy schedules, structure course offerings and place them across the schedule so students can complete multiyear pathways such as CTE, AP, dual enrollment, and world languages without conflicts.• Review how Friendship's school–based staffing model, which sets staffing per campus through the budgeting process, interacts with each schedule, and provide written recommendations for Friendship to consider where staffing allocations and scheduling goals affect one another.• Before delivering, check each schedule against a compliance and quality checklist covering instructional hour minimums, class size limits, and room or section capacity.• Deliver each final schedule in an editable format that Friendship owns, ready for our Student Information Managers to load into PowerSchool.
