(1) Vendor needs to provide Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) case management services to the government authority located in Glen Allen, VA. – Providing ongoing case management, progress monitoring, and barrier resolution.– Conducting participant intake, assessment, and employability evaluations.– Ensuring accurate, timely documentation and data entry in required systems.– Developing individualized employment or training plans which incorporate approved SNAP E&T employment components:• Supervised Job Search.• Job Search Training.• Job Retention.– Case management services must be designed to support the participant as the participant progresses through an E&T program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
