(1) Vendor needs to provide water hyacinth removal and disposal service to the government authority located in North Augusta, SC. – Provide water hyacinth removal and disposal from various sections within agency. • Water hyacinth:– Manual Removal of common water hyacinth located within agency.– Water Hyacinth shall be removed from designated ponds by manual application only.– Hand or hand–operated tools/equipment appropriate for aquatic vegetation removal is expected.• Cleanup:– Remove and dispose of all water hyacinth, including leaves, roots, and similar materials at the end of the week, unless otherwise organized with the owner to allow for dewatering. – Remove and dispose of all aquatic vegetation and debris resulting from the agency removal operations at no additional cost.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 14, 2026.
