(1) Vendor needs to provide website strategy, design, development, content, and integration service. • Website strategy, design, development, content, and integration vendor to build a new website from scratch that functions as a modern nonprofit fundraising, membership, sponsorship, digital media, event, merchandise, and donor–engagement platform.• Design a modern, mobile–first, accessible website reflecting mission, public–service role, donor needs, visitor interests, and historic preservation priorities.• Create all new content, page layouts, and calls to action needed for a fundraising–oriented nonprofit website.• Build pages and capabilities for donation, membership, sponsorship, events, blog subscriptions, digital media, merchandise, volunteering, education, impact, accomplishment reporting, governance transparency, and contact forms• Meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility expectations to the greatest extent practical, including keyboard navigation, alt text, color contrast, captions for videos, and screen–reader compatibility.• Implement SEO foundations including keyword optimization, metadata, sitemap, schema markup, analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.• Implement e–commerce or merchandise store functionality with secure checkout, shipping, tax handling, promo codes, product pages, and integration with merchandise vendor(s) where feasible.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 18, 2026
