(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic weather alert system to the government authority located in South Carolina.– Provider to furnish a turnkey athletic weather alert system that promotes safety, operational consistency, and compliance.– The turnkey solution shall include project management, site assessments, equipment and software, installation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, ongoing support, maintenance, and software subscriptions.– All alerts should have multi–level alerting options (advisory, warning, action) and recommended associated actions included in the administrator alert notifications.– Dashboard should have real–time alerts and conditions per site. – All alert data should be obtainable through running reports within the software. – Alert notifications should be available for timer events such as delay initiated, timer reset, timer nearing completion, and all clear. – Must be able to send SMS/text notifications. – Must offer alert email notification. – Notifications must include role–based distribution groups (e.g. Athletic Director, Coaches, Event staff) set by the district or in collaboration with the provider. – Must have ability to create or use pre–configured message templates that can quickly and manually be sent out to distribution groups. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
