CLEANING-13953 - USA (Johnsbury, Vermont) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Johnsbury, VT. • Two (2) days per week services:– Restroom sinks, shelving, chrome fixtures, and toilets shall be washed inside and out with disinfectant detergent.– Stock restrooms, kitchen/break areas on each service day with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap in adequate supply to carry into the next service day.– Wastebaskets are to be emptied with cartons and boxes next to a wastebasket and any other waste, compost, or recycling are to be removed to the dumpster area.– All reception areas, office, waiting rooms, and main corridors shall be vacuumed daily and wet mopped daily.– High touch surface disinfecting.• Weekly services:– All restroom mirrors, dispensers, chromium fixtures, and piping shall be damp–wiped andpolished dry.– All partitions and doors in restrooms shall be washed.– Glass in entry doors shall be washed on both sides.– Dust and wash down all surfaces in the break room including sink.• Quarterly services:– Buff and/or wax all tile flooring.• Annual services:– Dust all file cabinets; dust furniture in waiting, lunch, and conference rooms and all wallsurfaces to full ceiling height shall be thoroughly dusted.– Remove insect remains from light fixtures.– Wash all plastic and walk off floor mats.– Wash all building glass, inside and outside, and as needed.– Wash all partitions – glass and metal surfaces.– Wash all plastic covers for fluorescent light fixtures and ceiling air exchanges.– Steam clean all carpeted areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
