EXTRA-76752 - USA (Richland, Washington) - Wastewater Treatment Plant Capacity Upgrade Study Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater treatment plant capacity upgrade study service to the government authority located in Richland, WA. – Provide design services to stress test the agency’s wastewater plant against future elevated pollutant levels. – Conduct a stress test to see how the treatment system handles the load due to agency is replacing the cover on its Low–Rate Anaerobic Digester (LRAD) and needs to discharge wastewater to the agency.– Assist the agency with any required permits that may be needed.– Design and prepare technical specifications and bid–ready documents for construction.– Update Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual process control manuals for processes that are updated, changed or rehabilitated.– Provide construction services during bidding and construction to answer questions, review submittals and attend construction meetings. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
