(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health Third Party Administrator (TPA) service. – Simplification of administration and integration of services.– Integration and sharing of agency specified data with multiple TPAs and the agency’s data warehouse.– Strategic account management team that proactively suggests solutions and regularly communicates with the agency.– Account Management.:• Account executive responsible for the overall management of the agency’s account.• Implementation manager responsible for the overall success of implementing the account.– Work Implementation Management:• Provide a designated implementation manager for the Agency.• Develop and manage an implementation plan to deliver the work in a timely and effective manner by the beginning of the plan year on July 1, 2027.– Claims Administration:• Process and pay claims for covered services rendered by participating and non–participating providers and issue all explanations of benefits and similar notices to member claimants.• Adjudicate behavioral health claims submitted by or on behalf of members.• Pay approved claims to behavioral health providers on no less than a weekly basis.• Provide an explanation of benefits either electronically or by paper, to members when a claim is incurred.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
