(1) Vendor needs to provide medical plan third party administrator service. – Provide a strong, committed and proactive account management team.– Provide timely and responsive updates to inquiries and questions from the Agency.– Provide accurate, timely and responsive management of claims.– Provide insight into upcoming trends in the market.– Data Integration:• Pharmacy benefits.• COBRA.• Health savings accounts.• Flexible spending accounts (health care only spending accounts).– Medical Claims Adjudication:• Appropriately adjudicate medical claims submitted by or on behalf of members.• Payment of claims accordingly, with claims being funded by the state via a self–insured arrangement.• Maintain claims payment records.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
