CONS-22028 - USA (Essex, New Jersey) - Professional Architectural Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural services to the government authority located in Essex, NJ.  – The architect will be responsible to prepare the preliminary design documents required, corresponding to a design–development package with adequate information provided for design–build teams to utilize for the purposes of preparing proposal and pricing the project’s construction costs.– Based on programmatic information, and pursuant to known site constraints and vehicular– Circulation considerations, architect will develop 2–3 site layout alternatives.– Architect will prepare building massing plans, depicting the programming information.– Floor plans, depicting desired and approximate overall building dimensions andfootprint, core elements, corridors, vertical circulation, basic finishes, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
