(1) Vendor needs to provide day–use mooring buoy program management services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– Administer and coordinate statewide program. – Inspect, maintain and repair existing day–use mooring buoy. – Assist with expanding the network. – Conduct public outreach and stakeholder engagement. – Identify and pursue additional funding opportunities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
