Vendor needs to provide agency clinical staff services to the government authority located in Wayne, NJ.• Provide agency staff for weekdays, weekends, and holidays as requested.• Nursing staff for healthcare center must work every other weekend (includes both Saturday and Sunday) and scheduled holidays.• Staff will only be paid for the shift scheduled and worked.• Agency staff are not authorized to work more than 40 hours of work per week. Agency staff will not be paid at a higher rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week.• Contact facility at least 48 hours in advance of cancellation.• Provide malpractice and professional liability in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 per aggregate.
