MRB-58111 - USA (Missouri) - Trademark Licensing Agent Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide trademark licensing agent services.– Provide qualified and experienced trademark licensing agencies to administer, grow, and enhance its trademark licensing program.– Trademarks, logos, names, insignias, and other brand identifiers are valuable institutional assets that support the university's reputation, visibility, and mission.– Licensing agent will serve as strategic partner in managing and expanding its licensing program through revenue generation, brand stewardship, trademark protection, and development of strategic licensing opportunities.– Provide proactive communication and regular consultation regarding licensing activities, strategic opportunities, and trademark protection matters.– Vendor shall conduct monthly meetings with designated university representatives from marketing and communications and athletics to review licensing program performance, including royalty revenues, licensee activity, retail distribution, points of purchase, trademark protection efforts, and strategic growth opportunities.– Vendor shall actively develop and expand the University's presence within local, regional, and national retail markets through recruitment of new licensees and enhancement of existing retail relationships.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
