Vendor needs to provide website revamp services to the government authority located in State. – Website is currently running on Drupal 10.6.14 content management system (CMS), which is expected to be upgraded to Drupal 11 before end of 2026.– Content model documentation of new designs and materials– Migration package (scripts/configuration), migrated content, redirects, and verification report– Compatibility with all modern browsers– Modern and responsive design on various devices (desktops/laptops/mobile phones/tablets), operating systems and different screen sizes.– Quality and user–friendly interface for all new or redesigned features and content.– The web design and development shall be developed and delivered in line with Organization’s internal policies and frameworks.
