(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism marketing services. – Provide full–service tourism marketing, including but not limited to:1. Strategic Planning– Develop an annual Tourism Marketing Plan aligned with Lodging Tax Committee goals2. Branding and Creative Services– Within the available budget, propose the media mix and quantity of creative assets you believe will most effectively achieve the agency's objectives and explain why.– Produce creative assets (photo, video, digital content, print materials)– Ensure brand consistency across all platforms3. Digital Marketing– Create, host and manage official tourism website content and performance– Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and targeted digital advertising campaigns– Create and/or manage social media strategy, content creation, and engagement– Provide analytics and performance reporting4. Advertising & Media Buying– Develop and implement paid media campaigns– Manage placements across digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor channels– Track ROI and optimize campaigns– Public Relations & Communications– Conduct media outreach– Develop press releases, story pitches, and media kits– Monitor earned media coverage6.
