PHAR-2200 - USA (Minnesota) - Health and Pharmacy Benefits Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide health and pharmacy benefits services to the government authority located in MN.– Provide full–service administration of the employer's self–funded medical plan.– Administer benefits in accordance with plan documents, summary plan descriptions, amendments, and applicable federal and state regulations.– Maintain adequate staffing, operational controls, and quality assurance programs.– Assign a dedicated account management team.– Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning meetings.– Provide monthly claims and utilization reporting.– Eligibility and enrolment administration:– Maintain eligibility files and enrolment records.– Process eligibility additions, terminations, and status changes.– Claims administration:– Adjudicate medical claims accurately and timely.– Provider network services:– Provide access to a broad, high–quality provider network.– Customer service:– Operate a dedicated customer service centre for participants and providers.– Care management programs:– Utilization management.– Prior authorization services.– Pharmacy coordination:– Exchange eligibility and claim data.– Support pharmacy reporting and analytics.– Stop–loss coordination:– Coordinate with the Employer's stop–loss carrier.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
