Temporary Staffing Services

The City relies on temporary staffing agencies to fulfill staffing needs with temporary workers for various reasons, including the unavailability of candidates on an eligibility list, to address situations when there is a need for immediate assistance, to acquire workers with highly specialized knowledge and skills, or similar circumstances. The City's goal is to secure qualified and competent temporary workers in a timely manner. The outlined scope of services in this RFP reflects the expectations for the successful agency or agencies that will undertake these responsibilities on behalf of the City.
