(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications, public relations and career pathway development services.A. Strategic Communications– Develop and maintain an annual communications plan with measurable goals.– Provide ongoing counsel to the Superintendent, Board, and District leadershipB. Media Relations– Draft and distribute news releases, statements, and media advisories.– Maintain media relationships and a current media contact list; pitch proactive stories.– Coordinate and prepare spokespeople for interviews.C. Crisis and Emergency Communications– Maintain a written crisis–communications protocol with severity tiers and an approval chain.– Provide holding–statement and template libraries and on–call rapid response.D. Community, Multilingual, and Digital Engagement– Produce culturally responsive, translated materials (Spanish first, then other prevalent languages, including support for Chinese Immersion families).– Support social media strategy, content, and community management guidance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
