(1) Vendor needs to provide co–developer service to the government authority located in New Haven, CT. – Provide co–developer for the implementation of the union square phase i transformation plan one of the largest mixed–income, mixed–use and transit–oriented redevelopment initiatives.– Lead developer for the project and has assembled an experienced professional team to advance planning, environmental due diligence, infrastructure design, architectural planning, financing preparation, permitting, and other predevelopment activities necessary to implement the project.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2026.
