INSU-6722 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Insurance Broker Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. – Insurance brokerage firms to assist in maintaining an effective insurance program and procuring services of other related outside providers. – Provide a marketing strategy outlining how proposals will be solicited from qualified insurance carriers. – The Broker shall provide an annual stewardship report, including time and expense calculations, insurance schedule, policy summaries, review of past year’s activities, identify and assess emerging risks and outlook for coming year’s market conditions.– The Broker shall assist in procuring other related outside services including to claims handling actuarial services, third–party claim investigation and administration, and loss control on an as needed basis.– The broker shall place or purchase insurance coverage or related services.– The broker shall solicit proposals from qualified insurance carriers for such insurance coverage and bonds require including to the following types and policies:• Property casualty liability.• Builders risk coverages.• Flood insurance coverage.• Police professional liability coverage.• Excess general liability.• Excess auto liability.• Excess workers’ compensation coverage.• Umbrella liability coverage.• Business travel accident insurance.• Cyber coverage.• Drone liability coverage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
