LEGAL-17450 - USA (Vineland, New Jersey) - Special Legal Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special legal services to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ.– Attorney or Law Firm shall provide legal representation, consultation, and related legal services on an as–needed basis in connection with the operation, administration, governance, and management of the Authority's housing programs, properties, and business activities.– Provide legal services on an as–needed basis, including, but not limited to:• Legal counsel to the Board of Commissioners, Executive Director, and Authority staff.• Representation in litigation, administrative proceedings, hearings, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal matters assigned.• Legal advice regarding HUD regulations, federal housing programs, and regulatory compliance.• Review, preparation, and interpretation of contracts, agreements, procurement documents, policies, and other legal instruments.• Advice regarding employment, labor relations, personnel matters, workers' compensation, and related employment law issues.• Counsel regarding landlord–tenant matters, occupancy issues, resident disputes, and housing operations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
