EXTRA-75479 - USA (Albany, New York) - CAS/CANS Functional Needs Assessment Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide CAS/CANS functional needs assessment services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Provide CAS/CANS functional needs assessment services to administer agency approved functional needs assessments for enrollees eligible for agency services– Maintain the necessary data in appropriate electronic formats to measure its performance and report on all Service Level Agreement (SLA) illustrating monthly, quarterly, and/or annual metrics against the SLAs.– Assessments will occur Monday through Friday, and may include weekend and evening hours, as agreed upon with agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 31, 2026 and September 3, 2026.
