(1) Vendor needs to provide safe routes to school assessment and planning service to the government authority located in Lancaster, PA. • Consultant will facilitate developing the purpose, goals, and objectives• Consultant will manage tasks and communication; track progress and provide progress reports• Facilitating and attending meetings both virtual and in–person, creating meeting agendas and summaries, creating materials to show to/share.• Inventories and maps that will display safe routes to school and barriers to safe routes to school. • Maps and recommendations for infrastructure improvements to address key barriers • Proposed policies and programs for improving student commuting safety(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 22, 2026.
