– Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment service to the government authority located in Hawaii. – Provide assessment is designed to focus on several key areas, including training requirements, organizational structure, policies, procedures, technology utilization, and business practices.– Pinpoint opportunities for improving efficiency, enhancing communication, strengthening governance, and advancing workforce development.– Assess governance structures, decision‑making roles, workflows, and technology platforms that support program operations, including identifying opportunities for the safe and compliant integration of AI tools.– Efforts are intended to support effective workforce succession and ensure the Department's continued success.– Provide recommendations tailored to each modal program while ensuring consistent practices across the department and identify standardized procedures that can be applied universally across all modal programs.– Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across all evaluated areas and develop implementation roadmap.
