The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on June 24, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed engineers for Sanitary Sewer System Level I & II at Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) in Lander, WY. Project Description: The State of Wyoming is seeking a qualified engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive Level I Planning and Level II Feasibility Study . The goal is to evaluate and design a remedy for the failing sanitary sewer infrastructure on the WLRC campus. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, will not be addressed.
