(1) Vendor needs to provide total compensation study services to the government authority located in California.– Consultant will be expected to compare the current agency salary ranges, benefits, and total compensation (salaries and benefits) with those of comparable agencies.– Additional areas for consideration include:• Longevity Pay and Management Pay• Hybrid/Work from Home Policies and Procedures• Paternity and Maternity Leave• Holiday Schedule• Recruitment and Retention Practices• Career Ladder/Steps for the Finance Department and External Affairs Department• Review Job Descriptions Relative To Artificial Intelligence• Cross Departmental Parity Between Classifications• Pay for Performance Structure and Policies(2) A pre–submittal conference will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
