Description
Several floors within this five-story building were originally constructed with open floor plans. The scope of this project focuses on Levels 1 through 4 and consists of subdividing the existing open areas to create enclosed learning spaces. Each learning space will be fully enclosed with new partitions as required, provided with a door, and fitted with a suspended acoustical ceiling system. Associated work includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection modifications; flooring installation; carpentry; fire sprinkler head relocation and/or additions; and interior painting. The project also includes the design and construction of a new secure vestibule at the north building entrance to enhance access control and safety. The Davis Bacon Act wages and certified payroll are required for this project.
