(1) Vendor needs to provide heritage interpretation advisor service. • Advisory Services– Provide professional, strategic and expert opinion on interpretation best practice.– Review proposed visitor experience projects. – Offer guidance on interpretation planning. – Attend project and staff meetings.– Support the development of interpretive themes and storytelling approaches. – Give direction on accessibility and universal design for interpretation. – Draft interpretive text, graphics and designs– Review interpretive text, graphics and designs prepared by others. – Share expertise on digital interpretation opportunities, methods and media. – Advise on appropriate interpretation techniques and materials suitable for protected areas. • Project Based Services– Interpretation Plans– Interpretive Media– Content Development– Visitor Experience– Consultation and Training where required/applicable– Design Support(2) The contract period will be two years.
