TELCOM-2917 - USA (Syracuse, Missouri) - Television Broadcast Antenna Replacement Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide television broadcast antenna replacement service to the government authority located in Syracuse, MO. – Removal of Antenna and Installation of New Antenna• Preform a pre–project tower inspection.• Prepare a category IV rigging plan with a PE review to determine gin pole loading against tower for structural integrity to determine if reinforcements are needed.• Photograph existing antenna from tower to top of antenna• Perform a base line RF sweep of the transmission line and current antenna.• Have PE review gin pole loading against tower for structural integrity.• Provide any necessary temporary reinforcements.• Travel crew and mobilize equipment to broadcast tower site.• Rig 1930' tower with man rated hoist and perform test lift.• Rig equipment hoist cable in tower.• Assemble and install gin pole on tower.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
