(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and classification study services to the government authority located in Rock Hill, SC.– Professional consulting services to independently evaluate and, where appropriate, redesign the district’s classification and compensation system.– Develop a compensation system that supports the district’s ability to recruit, retain, and appropriately compensate employees in a competitive labor market.– Develop or update job descriptions using a consistent methodology.– Develop or revise job descriptions using a consistent district–approved format.– Identify duplicate, overlapping, outdated, obsolete, or improperly differentiated classifications.– Develop a logical classification hierarchy, job–family structure and grade architecture.– Benchmark administrative, professional, certified, classified, technical, skilled–trade, transportation, maintenance, child nutrition, student support, and other major job families as applicable.– Collect salary minimums, maximums, midpoint and market rates, steps, work calendars, supplements, stipends, hiring incentives, longevity and experience provisions, and other relevant practices.– Total compensation review.– Compensation structure and salary schedule analysis.– Supplements, stipends, premiums and incentives.– Pay equity and compression analysis.– Implementation strategy and fiscal modeling.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22,2026.
