Description
Masterton District Council is implementing a District Metered Area (DMA) programme to improve water network monitoring, support Minimum Night Flow analysis, and improve leakage detection and pressure management. Phase 2 testing confirmed the feasibility of establishing discrete DMAs and identified key inlet locations for permanent flow monitoring.
