(1) Vendor needs to provide infusion center management service to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX. – The infusion center is currently open and providing services, qualified partner capable of ensuring continuity of patient care while enhancing operational performance, clinical capacity, and financial outcomes. – Develop and execute a transition plan ensuring uninterrupted patient care, staffing, medication access, scheduling, and billing.– Assist with and maintain credentialing and enrolment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors.– Clinical services provide qualified infusion–experienced registered nurses and nurse practitioners on site, with the ability to scale staffing as volume and specialty mix grows.– Provision of comprehensive monthly and quarterly operational and financial reporting, including utilization by specialty.– Patient eligibility verification, benefits coordination, and payor authorizations.– This includes to the departments of medicine, neurology, pulmonary, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, primary care, and other medical and surgical specialties. – Account management services.– Implementation and operational support.– Administrative and revenue cycle services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
