DRA-11510 - USA (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - Traffic Counting Program Service - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic counting program service to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA. – These counts will help inform transportation planning by providing an up–to–date view of traffic conditions on the region’s major roadways and in developing latest analytics for the metropolitan planning area transportation projects.– The consultant must utilize a raw traffic data file format that is compatible with the Traffic Server operated by certified as a current version of traffic data management software.– Raw traffic data files in a format that is compatible with the most current traffic data management software operated.– Data collection will consist of 48–hour sessions conducted between Monday and Friday.– The consultant will be responsible for the organization, processing, and delivery of the traffic data.– Microsoft Excel compatible (.xls) spreadsheet summarizing average daily traffic, based on a template to be provided.– An ESRI compatible geographic file (shapefile or feature class and .kmz file) summarizing average daily traffic, based on a template to be provided.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
