TELCOM-2955 - USA (Olympia, Washington) - RFI for Dial Tone Modernization Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dial tone modernization service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Provide telephony service providers on technologies, methods, capabilities, and recommendations that can support a diverse and modernized access service for the State.– Modern and reliable voice–quality connectivity to cloud and remote critical locations throughout the state with delivery methods including options such as LEO satellite, LTE, and Microwave with native SIP, SIP–to–Local T1.– Effective spam and scam prevention and mitigation including STIR/SHAKEN implementation.– Protection of state phone numbers from incorrect spam labelling.– Caller ID branding.– Simplified and resilient 911 design and integration to e911 providers (including coordination with providers such as Intrado).– local and long–distance voice service offerings (PSTN, SIP trunking, VoIP).– Network Infrastructure and Coverage.– APIs or automation capabilities for provisioning and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
